Weight

Woke up and rode the moto into work today. I caught up on emails, which seems to never end. Had a few meetings and reported on some updates regarding a few action items. I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening riding home with a great sunset. I have been getting the urge to go back for a track day. Hopefully soon.

Been thinking about the food I eat and the weight I'm at. Since I haven't been as active lately because of Covid-19, I have gain some weight. Before everything had shut down, I was in good shape. Now, I have been interested in getting my weight down roughly 20lbs. The last time I was close to that was when I was in my peak cycling weight, a time I wasn't really dieting. Combining both cycling and climbing with proper diet, I am excited to see how my climbing will be.

Cardio building

Walked along La Jolla beaches, side walks, and trails to get about 3 miles worth. Also traversed on People's Wall and felt better getting across at the same spot I stopped.

People's Wall

It was nice to pull on actual rock. It's been almost five weeks since I've jumped on something to climb. Made it halfway. Good start jumping back into it.

Ended the day chasing the sunset.
